At Soonsubeauty, we ship globally from two main logistics hubs: South Korea and the United States. Depending on your delivery location and product availability, your order will be shipped from the most optimal warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

We partner with trusted global carriers including Korea Post EMS, DHL, and UPS to deliver your beauty favorites safely to your door.

 

Shipping Cost

  • Free international shipping for orders over $69 USD (or equivalent in local currency).

  • For orders under $69, shipping costs will be calculated based on your destination and displayed clearly during checkout.

From Korea (Korea Post EMS)

Orders shipped from our Korean warehouse are sent via Korea Post EMS, a premium express service that ensures secure and trackable international delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package in real time.

From the United States (DHL / UPS)

For customers located in North America and selected other countries, we ship from our U.S. warehouse using DHL, UPS, or other local couriers.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days within the U.S., and 5–8 business days internationally.

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes and UPS Access Points is available for your convenience.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Missed Delivery

If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery. You may also be able to pick up your package from a nearby post office or pickup point.
