Orders are dispatched from the most suitable warehouse based on your delivery location and product availability. When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided during checkout based on item availability and the shipping option you select. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping destination, and selected delivery method. We offer free international shipping on orders over USD $69 (or the equivalent in local currency), except for selected countries and remote regions that are excluded from this offer.

Please be aware that shipping carriers may require signature confirmation or may attempt redelivery if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. In such cases, you may also be able to collect your package from a nearby post office or designated pickup location.

Returns Policy

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
