We ship worldwide from our main logistics hubs located in South Korea and the United States. Orders are dispatched from the most suitable warehouse based on your delivery location and product availability. When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided during checkout based on item availability and the shipping option you select. We offer free international shipping on orders over USD $69 (or the equivalent in local currency), except for selected countries and remote regions that are excluded from this offer.

Please be aware that shipping carriers may require signature confirmation or may attempt redelivery if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. In such cases, you may also be able to collect your package from a nearby post office or designated pickup location.

Returns Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
