We ship worldwide from our main logistics hubs located in South Korea and the United States. Orders are dispatched from the most suitable warehouse based on your delivery location and product availability. Returns Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
