We ship worldwide from our main logistics hubs located in South Korea and the United States. Orders are dispatched from the most suitable warehouse based on your delivery location and product availability. Please note that certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations or logistical limitations.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided during checkout based on item availability and the shipping option you select. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping destination, and selected delivery method. We offer free international shipping on orders over USD $69 (or the equivalent in local currency), except for selected countries and remote regions that are excluded from this offer.

Please be aware that shipping carriers may require signature confirmation or may attempt redelivery if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. In such cases, you may also be able to collect your package from a nearby post office or designated pickup location.

Returns Policy

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@soonsubeauty.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
