How to Use
- Start at the base of clean, dry lashes and wiggle the wand upward to the tips.
- Apply one coat for natural definition; add a second coat for more length and volume.
- Allow to set briefly to maintain curl.
- Remove with your preferred eye makeup remover at the end of the day.

Returns Policy
